1. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can order as a guest. However, having an account provides several advantages:

Since our website and services are in English, all information entered must be in English, including punctuation. If your address contains non-English characters, please substitute them with similar English letters. For example, you might replace the character "?" with "c".
6. Can I alter my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be aware that once an order has been processed or shipped, you cannot change the shipping address. We recommend using your residential address instead of a vacation address, as we cannot predict how long customs may hold the package.
7. How long does shipping take and how can I track my package?
The shipping duration depends on the option you select. After your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and the tracking website. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs in your country.
